IC card system description:
1. IC card has 2 types, temporary card and permanent card.
2. temporary card is for temporary car. (1). At the entrance, car arrives at the control machine, the driver pushes the button, the machine sends out a card, the card records the entering time, the barrier rises, the car enters the parking lot. (3). at the exit, when the car leaves the parking lot and arrives at the exit, temporary charge machine reads the card, calculates how long the car parks, and calculates how much the driver needs to pay. The driver gives cash to the person beside the pay point. Barrier rises, car gets out of the parking lot.
3. Permament card is for permanent car.  (1). the driver keeps the card in his/her own pocket, and deposits money in the card. (2). At the entrance, the driver puts the card close to the control machine, the machine reads the card, the barrier rises, car enters the parking lot. (3). At the exit, the driver puts the card close to the control machine, the machine reads the card, reduces exact money should be paid automatically, the barrier rises, cars gets out of the parking lot.
